Poor outgoing.
I am in the Philippines on vacation, I have excellent wifi signal, tried placing two calls back home to Canada. I could hear them very clearly but they could not hear me. I am using iPad 3

Good app if you dont mind no hearing
App works great if the idea is to hear the other person and they cant hear you! Way better apps out there for international and long distance

Dont trust this. They say time limit. But just cheating on people. I have lost many credit and asked for reason. But no reply back to. Just watch out.
